At Arasan Craft, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Below is an overview of our shipping processes, timeframes, and terms.

1. Shipping Locations

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping to all locations within Australia.
  • International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on the destination.

2. Shipping Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods or holidays.
  • Domestic Shipping Times:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • International Shipping Times:
    • Standard International Shipping: 6-28 business days, depending on the destination country.
  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and unforeseen delays with the shipping carrier.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping:
    • Free express shipping on orders over $175 AUD within Australia.
    • For $65 AUD up to $175 AUD worth of orders, we offer a Free standard shipping within Australia.
    • For orders below $65 AUD, shipping rates will be a flat $7.50 AUD within Australia.
    • Express shipping is available at an additional cost of $12.50 AUD for order below $175 AUD.
  • International Shipping:
    • Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination, size, and weight of the order.
    • Customs duties, taxes, and other fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, if applicable. You can track your order via the carrier’s website.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated after you receive your tracking number.

5. International Shipping Considerations

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees as determined by your country’s customs department. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Delivery times for international shipments may vary depending on customs processing times in the destination country. Arasan Craft is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or other regulatory issues.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your shipment is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@arasancraft.com.au so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, with photos of the damage and your order number. We will assist in arranging a replacement or refund where applicable.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Arasan Craft is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it to you at your expense.

8. Returns and Refunds

9. Shipping Delays

  • While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, external factors such as weather conditions, postal service delays, and public holidays may impact delivery times. 
  • Arasan Craft is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
