1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened jigsaw puzzles or 3D puzzles.
- Items purchased on sale or clearance.
- Damaged products due to misuse or improper handling.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was damaged upon arrival or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@arasancraft.com.au with your order details.
5. Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@arasancraft.com.au with your order number and photo evidence of the damage or incorrect product.
7. Refunds on Late or Missing Items
- If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
